Clear Blue Developments,
To Whom It May Concern:

"I have worked with Karyn and her security team for the past 4 years, and would recommend her to any business that would require a diligent, assertive company & employees. They displayed a high level of professionalism when it came to the many tasks that they performed on a daily basis. Being the former General Foreman at the Mercure site and on many other projects that have required security, I believe Karyn and her team have stood out as leaders in their chosen profession. I have an ongoing working relationship with Karyn we work with Karyn & Team on many projects and would certainly urge other Companies to do the same. Damian Muhlhan Managing Director ."

Risk Management

Central Coast Security Services understands the need for businesses to minimise risk from a variety of possible events that could impact the businesses ability to operate.  Following Australian Standards for Risk Management, Central Coast Security Services conducts risk assessments to determine what potential incidents could have an affect on your business, and develop plans to eliminate or minimise their impact.  This Risk Management Program is available for review upon request.

Central Coast Security Services is a Quality Assured company and has been licensed under the Security Providers Act for the provision of protective security services for businesses. As a part of this quality assurance plan we review all corporate policies, procedures and plans on a yearly basis as a minimum.  Central Coast Security Services conducts a risk assessment of our business and the individual sites we protect.

Each building and area of the stakeholder’s facility represents a different environment to protect.  The measures used to manage risk will vary in accordance with the nature of the risks and operational requirements.

Risk assessments are conducted by following a four stage risk management process:

  • Identifying a hazard
  • Assessing risks associated with the identified hazard
  • Eliminating or controlling the risk
  • Monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness of the control measures

First the hazards are identified, and then assessed to determine probability / likelihood of causing injury or damage.  These risks are then rated as High, Medium or Low.  This rate value will determine the most suitable and practical method of risk control.  The risk may then be controlled by any of the following measures:

  • Elimination / Substitution
  • Engineering Controls / Isolation
  • Administrative Controls
  • Personal Protective Equipment

The method of risk control, once implemented will need to be subject to periods of monitoring to ensure effectiveness. Central Coast Security Services management team undertakes this task. Communication is then implemented on a regular basis with employees to ensure everyone is clear on what is to be adhered to and implemented in regards to risk management processes.
